WHAT KIND OF PAINT IS USED ON YOUR WOODEN TOYS?
We can waterborne paint, nitrocellulose lacquer and plant oil. All colors are tested against applicable standards, EN71-3 + phthalates and azo dyes. They also meet Reach requirements regarding SVHC-substances.
WHAT DIFFERENT TYPES/KINDS OF WOOD ARE USED TO MAKE THE WOODEN TOYS?
Soft, semi-hard, and hardwoods are all used. Our toys are made from various kinds of wood — schima, spruce, cherry wood, pine, birch, maple, beech,rubberwood, paulownia, oak, bamboo plywood , plywood, MDF etc.
Our wood is from sustainable sources approved by the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) or FSC (Forest Stewardship Council).
It’s not uncommon for a toy to be made out of many different kinds of wood. And all waste wood from the manufacturing process is given to our local farm to grow mushrooms.

All the factors of wooden toys products would surely be made as your requirements. The mass production always begins after getting your accurate confirmation. Our team will let you know the update news of each process of production in every week.
The delivery time will be same as each order as we agreed. We will contact your forwarder or our forwarder in 1~2 weeks before delivery time. Then we will tell you the ETD, send you pictures of finished products and ask for your confirmation about shipping.
If we really can’t deliver in time, we will discuss with you honest to find the solution.

HOW ABOUT CUSTOMIZED LOGO?
We could make different logo according to your artwork on products. Its cost is based on logo’s size, color and outcome you want.
In order to save time and make the printing as same as your idea, please send us your logo in AI file or PDF file.
AI file is the best document for an artwork with lots of colors.
HOW TO GET A SAMPLE?
Once all important factors (such as sample, prices, delivery time, delivery methods, payment terms…) are confirmed, you could send us a PO, or we send you a PI for final confirmation. If the PO or PI are both confirmed by you and us. We will carry out the order as the PO/PI and approved wooden toys samples.
HOW ABOUT PAYMENT?
L/C or T/T. We could discuss this terms before confirming the final order.
WHAT KIND OF DOCUMENTS WE WOULD GIVE YOU?
Regarding documents for your importing, please do tell us in 1~2 weeks before delivery time. So that we can have enough time to help you prepare the documents.
The normal document we supplied is the commercial invoice, packing list, detailed packing list ( for many size and items in one order) and full sets of B/L. Even the Certificate of origin and Fumigation certificate issued by CIQ, but its cost should be pre-paid by clients.
